3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.
4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
I'll admit I really struggle with this. If someone 'trespasses against me' and then apologizes soon after, it's sometimes really hard for me to forgive them. If they continually get do it, and apologize every time it's even harder to forgive them, because I'm always thinking that the apology won't last very long. But I have to forgive them. The Lord wants me to forgive everyone, and I want to be on the Lord's side. This is something I've got to work on.
Hope it gave you something to think about as well.

Psalms: 139:13-15 & 1 Corinthians 6:19
13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
Today's scripture is brought to you from my Bible Study group. Today we talked about respect of our parents, our teachers, pastors, ourselves, and those around us. it was a good discussion, like Bible Study always is. My friend Alicia brought this scripture up when we were talking about respecting ourselves, and I thought it was very fitting. To me I really feel like it's telling me that God made me, and God doesn't make mistakes. God made me wonderfully and he made me on purpose. He did the same thing for everyone. How cool is that? How can I be so insecure when I think like that.
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Yet another one from Bible Study. This one was part of the original lesson plan, and I'm glad that we covered it. We are temples of God. Temples are beautiful things.
Oh yeah and one more thing we discussed in Bible Study. We decided that the beautiful young women in our lives don't get told enough that they're beautiful. So for all my young woman readers remember you are beautiful, and for all the guys who read this, make sure to remind the young women that they are beautiful.

Philippians 4:13
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
I was saving this scripture for a day when I couldn't think of any scriptures that were particularly meaningful to me. Well that day was today. I think it was appropriate to save this for a fall back on scripture thought, because let's face it, this is my fall back on scripture. When things go wrong I always have to remind myself that I can do all things through Christ. He will strengthen me. Always fall back on the Lord. He's there waiting for you to come unto him. Don't hesitate to fall on the Lord, he loves you.

Romans 12:21
21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
I read this in Seminary this morning and fell in love with the scripture. It's very much a "good will always conquer evil" scripture, and I'm the type of person who loves those type of scriptures. So remember if you're on the side of righteousness, if you're in God's army then you are on the winning side! Keep up the good work and stay on the Lord's side.

Alma 37: 35-37
35 O, remember my son and learn wisdom in thy youth; yea, learn in thy youth to keep the commandments of God.
36 Yea, and cry unto God for all thy support; yea let all thy doings be unto the Lord, and withersoever thou goest let it be in the Lord; yea, let all thy thoughts be directed unto the Lord; yea, let the affections of thy heart be placed upon the Lord forever.
37 Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good; yea, when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God; and if ye do these things, ye shall be lifted up at the last day.
At Bible study with my main-stream Christian friends we all discussed our "life scriptures" I said mine was Philippians 4:13, but as I've been thinking over it for the past few weeks since that Bible Study session, I realized that this one is really my "life scripture." It's the scripture I want to base my life around. I want to remember to keep the commandments, to be solely relient on the Lord knowing that he will make sure that I get what he wants me to have. I am still a mortal, so I will still make mistakes, but this scripture will always be there to remind me to strive to be better, to rededicate my life to God and let him make of me what he wants. It takes work to align your will to God's, but the final result seems like it would definitely be worth it.

Welcome World
Well really this was a random spur of the moment, hmmm I want a new blog decision. I was thinking that sharing the scriptures is one of my favorite things to do, hence the reason why I love Bible Study, Seminary, Sunday school, and general scripture discussion. I also thought that this would be a good way to ensure that I read at least one scripture a day. So all of my little thougths blowing around in my head today created this blog. It may last for a while, it may flop in just a few days. I'm hoping that I can keep up at least sharing one scripture and insights on it every day, because well I love the scriptures. If this isn't for you close out and ignore this blog. I try to keep readers' attention in my other two blogs, so this is just for those who want to hear my insights.
Anyways hope you stay and read a little this'll help if you want to read at least a scripture a day as well.
